2:30 PM — Guest Arrival & Seating Arrive early, soak in the harbour views, and find your seat.
3:00 PM — Ceremony Begins Time for the “I do’s” with Darling Harbour as your stunning backdrop.
3:30 PM — Ceremony Ends / Confetti Toss / Group Photos We’re married! Quick group shots with the sparkling water and city skyline.
Reception
4:00 PM — Cocktail Hour Enjoy drinks, light bites & good vibes while we sneak off for couple photos by the water.
5:00 PM — Reception Starts Welcome to the party! Guests seated, bridal party entrance.
5:30 PM — Dinner is Served Let’s eat! Speeches and toasts between courses.
7:00 PM — First Dance & Formal Dances Bring the tissues... and then your dance shoes.
7:30 PM — Dance Floor Opens DJ/Live band turns it up—let’s celebrate with the city lights around us!
9:00 PM — Cake Cutting & Dessert Table Sweet treats to refuel your dance moves.
10:30 PM — Late Night Snacks (Optional) Just in case you're still hungry or danced off dinner.
11:30 PM — Last Dance & Send-Off One final slow jam and a sparkling farewell by the harbour lights.
